NPI
is a young fledgling Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) registered with
the Uganda NGO Board as a charitable organization.
The
NPI mission
is
“working towards promoting a world in which non violent interactions and
social equity are the norm”.
Our
vision is
to become the leading civil organization championing the culture of peace
in Uganda.
Participation,
voluntarism, respect for diversity, tolerance, teamwork, openness and
integrity constitute NPI’s value base.
NPI’s
mandate
is to
promote peace education, strategic policy oriented research, advocacy and
networking to promote a culture of peace for national development.
