Board of Trustees in consultation with the Advisory Board governs NPI. The
Secretariat is mandated with the day-to-day management and implementation
of programmes, headed by the Executive Director. (Refer to attached
organogram)
NPI’s
unique strength lies in the vastly experienced membership of both the
Advisory Board and Board of Trustees in civil society and public sector
management with a commitment to peace.
