Strengths ¨
Support
from Kenya Government and local authority and administration. ¨
Existing
physical structures and programes in place catering for same 180 children. ¨
Acquired
new site now under development. ¨

large catchments area of needy children ¨

for local community and voluntary workers.
Presently we have 60 woman and 50 men voluntary workers. ¨
Skilled
staff. ¨

international donors get attracted to the project activities which won awards
internationally. ¨
The
founder and director or the project grew up and educated on charity as an
orphan. He is a veteran journalist whose dream is living reality to mankind. Weaknesses ¨
Lack
of adequate funding to cope with increasing children population and needed
physical expansions. ¨
A
generally poor and low-income population in which we operate ¨
Inadequate
number of qualified staff, academic, technical and administrative as well as
unskilled. ¨
Inadequate
facilities and material to provide needed care and quality education. ¨
We
need funds for food and staff remunerations. |
