Teachers

Currently the centre has six qualified teachers paid by the Kisumu municipality whose others are volunteers.  This figure is inadequate considering future expansion envisaged and expected increase in children population.

Volunteers

The project has 60 women and 50 men volunteer community workers.

Skilled Staff

The project has both skilled and non-skilled members who handle data management. Needless to say these workers require more training in their skills and more exposure especially to seminars, local and international conferences.

Physical facilities

Currently facilities are inadequate and need to be expanded.  The project is lucky to have acquired a new site.  This site is under construction and upon completion it will be an added asset to the project. The prime land  is available for project expansion through Project Founder , Board of Trustees., Directors and members.
